Refund & Mileage Policy
As a small, one-person business, I’m unable to offer refunds, except in the case that a recently adopted dog is returned to the rescue before training begins (minus a nonrefundable $50 to cover processing and admin time).
If you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit or want to try a session together before committing to a package, I recommend starting with a single session. You’re always welcome to upgrade to a package during or after that first session.
I’m happy to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.
Travel within 15 miles of Lyons, CO (80540) is included. Additional mileage is $3 per mile. If you're open to scheduling on a day I’m already in your area, the mileage fee may be waived — just reach out to ask.
